Since joining Coldwell Banker over 22 years ago, Charlie has helped clients buy and sell more than 485 homes – with a combined value of over $185 million - across the Twin Cities. His dedication has earned consistent praise from clients (see Reviews), recognition from industry and other organizations (visit Awards below), and mentions in the press (see Media).
Before going into in real estate, Charlie was as an interior designer with Darryl Carter, working on projects in Washington, DC, New York, Virginia, and Maryland. This background in design informs several aspects of Charlie’s real estate work, from guiding sellers through the market preparation process to helping buyers envision a property's full potential.
Looking ahead, Charlie remains committed to providing every client with his personal attention. He doesn't delegate tasks to a team; instead, he works with them from beginning to end of their home buying or selling experience. This hands-on approach ensures that no detail is overlooked, follow-ups are timely, offers have the winning edge, and closings happen smoothly. Because Charlie believes every client deserves that level of service.
For an impressive 23 consecutive years, Charlie has been named a SuperAgent® by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business. This honor is awarded to the top 3–5% of Minnesota real estate agents based on integrity; market knowledge; ability to find the right home or market one; customer service, communication, and negotiation skills; closing preparation; and overall client satisfaction.
Charlie is a recipient of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society Award, which honors the top 10% of the company’s real estate professionals worldwide, ranked by total sales volume.
As a certified Coldwell Banker Luxury Property Specialist, Charlie has completed rigorous training and built a strong track record in representing high-end listings. He brings the same level of commitment, skill, and service to every client—regardless of price point.
Charlie grew up and now lives with his family in St. Paul’s Ramsey Hill neighborhood. There, he earned the Ramsey Hill Association’s Good Neighbor Award for his “tireless, dedicated effort to preserve our historic neighborhood and its community identity.”
