Charlie Neimeyer

Real Estate Agent

Charlie joined the Crocus Hill office of Coldwell Banker in 2003. Since that time, he has helped clients buy and sell more than 475 homes throughout the Twin Cities. With over $175 million in total sales, Charlie has earned Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society designation.

Every year since 2007, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business have named Charlie a SuperAgent®. This honor, putting him in the top 3-5% of Minnesota's real estate agents, reflects Charlie's integrity, market knowledge, and marketing, communication, and negotiation skills as well as his clients' overall satisfaction.

Charlie has been quoted in Midwest Home, the Pioneer Press, Rochester's Post Bulletin, and Bring Me The News.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Charlie was an interior designer with Darryl Carter, working in Washington, DC, New York, Virginia, and Maryland. This design experience informs several aspects of Charlie’s real estate work, from guiding sellers through the market preparation process to helping buyers see a property’s potential.

Charlie grew up and now lives with his family in St. Paul’s Ramsey Hill neighborhood. He has served on the Summit-University Planning Council and worked to shape city practices affecting threatened historic homes. In 2013, he earned the Ramsey Hill Association’s Good Neighbor Award for his “tireless, dedicated effort to preserve our historic neighborhood and its community identity.”
